Scrambled eggs? No- Chinese!

 


Chinese Steamed Egg

1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.

2. Beat gently until the egg whites and yolks are fully mixed.

3. Add water ( The typical ratio is 1 part egg : 1.5–2 parts water)

4. Add soy sauce

5. Put in steamer for 10min

And it’s done!
